STANDARD SHIPPING 

All orders placed will be dispatched within two business days and shipped via Australia Post. An active tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note, due to an increase in deliveries Australia wide, AusPost is at times experiencing shipping delays which are unfortunately out of our control.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Express orders will be dispatched within one business day and shipped via Australia Post Express. An active tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

New Zealand - $18 flat rate.
United States and United Kingdom - $20 flat rate.

Due to the rules and regulations on parcel entry into certain countries, customs and airport taxes may be added to your order upon delivery. This is out of our control as parcels are randomly selected whilst undergoing customs inspections. Sonny Label will hold no accountability on the extra cost for the goods to clear customs. 

Contactless local pickup is available from a residential address in Fairlight, 2094. Your package will be packed and placed in a weather safe location within 2 days of placing your order. Once your order is available for pickup you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the item is deemed faulty on our behalf.

EXCHANGES 

Items returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must include original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these requirements. Once your return order has been received, a store credit or exchange will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
