If the size or fit isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced items, provided they are returned in original, unworn condition.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Ordered the wrong size? No worries — we’re happy to exchange for the correct size or issue a store credit on eligible full-price items.
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and unaltered

In original condition with packaging included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Once your return is received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sonny Label cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for damage caused by general wear and tear.
