Returns
We hope our gorgeous products bring a little bit of sunshine into your life, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the size or fit, we happily offer exchanges or store credits on all full priced items, subject to the items being in their original, unworn condition.
EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong size, we are more than happy to exchange for the correct size. Equally, we are happy to accept a return on full price pieces for a store.
Items returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must include original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these requirements. Once your return order has been received, a store credit or exchange will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, return shipping costs are at the customers expense, with the exception of faulty items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service - we are not liable or responsible for loss of parcel in a return transit.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the item is deemed faulty on our behalf. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email our customer service team at hello@sonnylabel.com.au
